          Our goal at STEPCRAFT is to provide you with the best support possible to ensure that you are successful with your new CNC system as quickly as possible. 
          We have several places that you can go to get your questions answered and we are adding more information online every day.

          1. The first place you should go is to our PRODUCT SUPPORT/MANUALS page on our website.  This page will have links to FAQs, Videos, Tech Bulletins and Product Manuals. 

          2. You can also visit our dedicated FAQ website, www.CNCFAQ.us.  You will find answers to many common questions, from technical to operational

          3. If you can not find answers in the above two locations, please email our support team at support@stepcraft.us.  Sending an email to this address will create a support ticket in our system, which will allow our team to track your issue and resolve it quickly.

          4. Our Support team is available via phone Monday thru Friday from 9:30am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time to answer your questions.  Note: If you call in times of high volumes, you might be required to leave a voice message for our support department.  We always try to return every call received before 2pm the same business day.  We do our best to return calls after 2pm the same day, but depending on call volume it might not be until the next business morning.  If your matter is urgent, please email support@stepcraft.us.
